Hunters Education Instructors

Two Programs are available within the Organization - Archery and Trap (Shotgun) Shooting.
Bergman Archery club is compliant with and competes in the Arkansas National Archery in the Schools Program (ANASP) & consists of grades 4-12. Season starts in September & usually ends in April. Student athletes can plan on practicing 2 days per week & participating in up to 6 local tournaments & 1 Regional tournament per calender year. Maximum competition team size is 24 per division. Archery Club dues $30 annually per athlete.
Bergman Trap club is compliant with and competes in Arkansas Youth Shooting Sports Programs (AYSSP) and consists of 6-12th grades and must complete Hunters Education is required to participate. Season starts February & ends in June. Student athletes compete in Local/Regional/State tournaments all across the region. Membership meetings are held in November/December to prepare for startup. Trap Club dues $30 annually per shooter.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Bergman Shooting Sports Board of Directors are also community volunteers that are involved in the Administration, Planning, Supporting and Promoting of our school youth to International Target Archery and Varsity Trap Shooting. The Boards statement is to provide every student athlete the chance to participate & be a part of a shooting sports team.
Board meetings are held last Tuesday every month in the Bergman Administration bldg @ 6:30 pm and are open to the public. We look forward to your input.
